| 体外活性 | Cephalexin在表达人MATE1的人胚肾293细胞中的摄取呈现可饱和动力学特性，K(m)为5.9 mM，pH依赖性呈现钟形曲线，pH 7.0时达最大值。[1] Cephalexin在仅含有最高抗菌浓度（2,400microg/mL）的样本中促使葡萄糖浓度高估。[2] Cephalexin提高胃腺表浅粘液细胞和开口粘液细胞的活性，同时抑制宫颈粘液细胞的活性。[3] |
