| 描述 | Adenosine (D-Adenosine) is a natural product, a ribonucleoside consisting of adenine bound to ribose. Adenosine has vasodilatory, antiarrhythmic and analgesic effects. |
| 体外活性 | 方法: 人前列腺癌症细胞 DU-145、PC3 和 LNcap-FGC-10 用 Adenosine (0.1-1000 µM) 处理 48 h，通过 MTT assay 检测细胞活力。 结果: Adenosine 以剂量依赖的方式显著降低了 DU-145、PC3 和 LNcap-FGC10 细胞系的细胞增殖。[1] 方法: 人肝癌细胞 HepG2 用 Adenosine (2 mM) 处理 6-24 h，通过 Flow cytometry 检测细胞周期。 结果: Adenosine 诱导的存活率抑制是由于细胞周期进程的停滞。Adenosine 显著增加了 HepG2 细胞中 G0/G1 期细胞的百分比，降低了 S 期和 G2/M 期细胞的比例。[2] |
| 体内活性 | 方法: 为研究抗抑郁样作用，将 Adenosine (1-10 mg/kg) 腹腔注射给小鼠，进行强迫游泳试验 (FST) 和尾悬吊试验 (TST)。 结果: 通过腹腔注射 Adenosine (5-10 mg/kg)，FST 中的不动时间缩短。Adenosine (1-10 mg/kg) 在 TST 中也产生了抗抑郁样作用。[3] |
