| 体外活性 | 通过硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和ODS柱色谱分离得到化合物，其结构通过光谱分析及理化性质鉴定。选定的化合物对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的RAW264.7细胞线产生的一氧化氮(NO)的生成具有抑制作用，其抗炎活性通过Griess反应评估。自芒果(Mangifera indica L.)种子核的n-丁醇部分分离得到八种化合物，结构被鉴定为4-O-乙基没食子酸(1)、没食子酸(2)、柠檬酸(3)、1,2,3,4,6-五-O-没食子酰基葡萄糖(4)、1,3,6-Tri-O-galloyl-beta-D-glucose (5)、金丝桃苷(6)、槲皮素-3-O-鼠李糖苷(7)和芒果苷(8)。化合物1、2、4-8对LPS诱导的巨噬细胞产生NO的抑制效果显著，尤其是化合物6和8显示出最佳的抑制活性，其IC50值分别为16.5和19.5 μmol·L-1。 |
