产品简介 真菌是具有真核和细胞壁的异养生物，种属很多，属达1万以上，种超过10万个。真菌通常又分为三类，即酵母菌、霉菌和蕈菌（大型真菌）。对于酵母菌和霉菌，可以用玻璃珠处理，而对于大型真菌，可直接用液氮研磨。经过前期处理的菌液，用硅质膜吸附，即可得到高纯度的基因组。 储存条件 RNase A，Proteinase K置于-20℃；其余组成室温保存，Solution B中若有沉淀，可在65℃水浴中重新溶解，不影响试剂盒正常使用。
