| 描述 | Furegrelate sodium (U-63557A) is a selective thromboxane synthase inhibitor with oral activity. Furegrelate sodium(U-63557A) inhibits thromboxane A2 (TXA2) synthase in human platelet microsomes with an IC50 of 15 nM. |
| 体内活性 | Furegrelate Sodium，一种可口服使用的化合物，具有较长半衰期（成人用量时为4.2-5.8小时），相较于其他治疗肺动脉高压（PAH）的化合物（例如一氧化氮和前列环素类化合物）而言，具备高度特异性针对目标酶。Furegrelate Sodium （口服剂量1-5 mg/kg）能够预防冠状动脉的堵塞。Furegrelate Sodium （静脉注射剂量0.1-5 mg/kg）能够防止因血小板聚集而引发狭窄的冠状动脉堵塞。此外，Furegrelate Sodium 在新生小型猪肺动脉高压（PAH）模型中通过保持肺血管结构的完整性来抑制由缺氧引起的PAH发展。 |
