| 描述 | 5-O-Caffeoylshikimic acid is a caffeoylated derivative of shikimic acid and belongs to the class of natural polyphenolic compounds; it is widely found in plants such as Smilax glabra. 5-O-Caffeoylshikimic acid exhibits antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. 5-O-Caffeoylshikimic acid can be used in research related to non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). |
| 体外活性 | 萨波宁和酚类化合物的细胞毒性活性已在文献中被描述，但未发现其对人类mdr1基因转染小鼠淋巴瘤细胞系的多药耐药性(MDR)调节效应的报道。本研究调查了Methylprototribestin、结构相关化合物及Methylprotodioscin的3个乙酰化异构体混合物的抗增殖效应和药物积累调节作用。结果显示，化合物的抑制生长剂量(ID50)范围为12.64至20.62μg/ml。Methylprototribestin是高效的抗药性改变剂。然而，Methylprotodioscin、Pseudoprotodioscin、Dioscin的Prosapogenin A、Tribestin和5-O-Caffeoylshikimic酸显示出中等MDR逆转活性。在棋盘法中，Methyloprototribestin及其3个乙酰化异构体的混合物与多柔比星结合使用，增强了对MDR细胞的抗增殖效应。结论：基于这些结果，推荐在与蒽环类化合物结合的人类MDR癌症异种移植小鼠中，进一步进行Methylprototribestin及其3个乙酰化异构体混合物的体内实验[1]。 |
| 体内活性 | 方法：在 PO/HX 诱导的高尿酸血症小鼠中，腹腔注射不同剂量 5-O-Caffeoylshikimic acid (10 mg/kg/day， 20 mg/kg/day， 40 mg/kg/day)，持续 7 天。 结果：5-O-Caffeoylshikimic acid 可在体内抑制肝脏和血清 XOD，同时改善肾损伤的组织学和多项血清学参数。[1] |
