| 描述 | Oleuropein is an antioxidant polyphenol isolated from olive leaf. |
| 体外活性 | 在J774A.1细胞和初代小鼠巨噬细胞中，Oleuropein增加了LPS诱导的NO产生。[1] Oleuropein防止了缺血和再灌注引起的氧化性心肌损伤。[2] 在TF-1a; 786-O, T-47D, RPMI-7951, LoVo以及NL-Fib细胞中，Oleuropein抑制了细胞的增殖和迁移。[3] |
| 体内活性 | 在自然发生软组织肉瘤的瑞士白鼠中，橄榄叶素（i.p.或p.o.）能完全退化肿瘤。[3] 在大鼠中，橄榄叶素（40 mg/kg, p.o.）通过抑制血管紧张素转换酶活性，保护心脏免受Isoproterenol诱导的心肌梗死后心脏重塑过程的伤害。[4] |
