胸膜间皮瘤为胸膜原发性肿瘤，是来源于脏层、壁层、纵隔或横膈四部分胸膜的肿瘤。国外发病率高于国内，各为０.０７～０.１１％和０．０４％。死亡率占全世界所有肿瘤的１％以下。近年有明显上升趋势。５０岁以上多见，男女之比为２:１。与石棉接触有关。目前，恶性型尚缺乏有效的治疗方法。 临床表现 1.局限型者可无明显不适或仅有胸痛、活动后气促。 2.弥漫型者有较剧烈胸痛、气促、消瘦等。 3.患侧胸廓活动受限，饱满，叩诊浊音，呼吸音减低或消失。 4.可有锁骨上窝及腋下淋巴结肿大。 诊断
