| 描述 | 8-Bromo-cAMP is a cell-permeable cAMP analogue and activator of CAMP-dependent protein kinase A that induces cell death and reduces proliferation. |
| 体外活性 | 在原代大鼠肾小管上皮细胞中，8-Bromo-cAMP（0.1 mM，处理 48 h）能显著增加 Na⁺-K⁺-ATP 酶 α1 亚基和 β1 亚基的 mRNA 和蛋白表达，同时上调其转运至细胞膜的水平，提示其通过 PKA 通路增强肾小管离子转运功能[1]。在大鼠肾近曲小管上皮细胞（NRK-52E）中，8-Bromo-cAMP（浓度范围：10⁻⁶–10⁻³ mol/L，处理 48 h）显著促进 Na⁺-K⁺-ATP 酶 α1 亚基和 β1 亚基的蛋白和 mRNA 表达（以 10⁻⁴ mol/L 效果最显著），并促进其向细胞膜的转运，提示其通过激活 cAMP/PKA 信号通路调节钠泵表达和定位[2]。 |
