| 描述 | Scopoletin (Esculetin 6-methyl ether) is a plant growth factor derived from the root of Scopolia carniolica, inhibits of acetylcholinesterase (AChE). |
| 体内活性 | 雌性BALB/c小鼠在经鼻腔注射LPS（10 μg in 50 μl）前1小时内被处理了Mogroside V（2.5, 5 和 10 mg/kg）。12小时后，通过湿/干重量（W/D）比率、肺组织的髓过氧化物酶（MPO）活性、白细胞招募以及支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）中的细胞因子水平来评估急性肺损伤（ALI）模型中的气道炎症。另外，通过组织学和西方印迹法检查肺组织以研究在有无Mogroside V的情况下病理学变化和信号传导的差异。Mogroside V在5和10 mg/kg剂量下通过减少组织学变化（分别减少肺损伤评分44%和67.3%）、肺MPO活性降低28.9%和55.3%以及炎症细胞计数，在BALF中白细胞介素-1β（IL-1β, 分别为382和280 pg/ml）、IL-6（分别为378和232 pg/ml）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α, 分别为12.5和7.8 ng/ml）水平下降，抑制了LPS所诱导的气道炎症。此外，Mogroside V处理还减少了环氧化酶2（COX-2）、诱导性NO合酶（iNOS）以及核因子（NF）-κB的激活。 |
