| 体外活性 | Notopterygium incisum根茎的乙醇提取物在筛选来自中国药用植物的新型农用化学品过程中，显示出对两种线虫（Bursaphelenchus xylophilus和Meloidogyne incognita）具有强大的杀线虫活性。通过生物活性导向分离，从乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定出四个成分：Columbianetin、Falcarindiol、Falcarinol和Isoimperatorin。Isoimperatorin对B. xylophilus的LC50值为21.83 μg/mL。在使用15分钟紫外线（UV）照射处理时，Falcarindiol、Falcarinol和Isoimperatorin对南方根结线虫的毒性几乎是暗处理的五倍，而Columbianetin的毒性仅是两倍。Isoimperatorin还显示出对若干昆虫（如甘蓝蚜虫Brevicoryne brassicae）具有杀虫活性，并在Angelica dahurica（AD）提取物的活性部分中被鉴定出。Isoimperatorin通常用作内标准（IS）。 |
