| 体外活性 | One of the human tyrosine kinases with a high affinity for vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is KDR (kinase insert domain-containing receptor), believed to be a primary mediator of tumor-induced angiogenesis[2]. |
| 体内活性 | KDR-in-4, at doses of 100 mg/kg, results in a 98% reduction in lesion size in the rat choroidal neovascularization (CNV) model, demonstrating potential utility for the treatment of various ocular neovascular diseases through a convenient oral dosing regimen. In the laser CNV and rat oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR) models, 30 mg/kg doses of KDR-in-4 exhibit reductions in lesion size of 70% and 80%, respectively[1]. |
