Riboflavin is essential for the formation of two major coenzymes, flavin mononucleotide and flavin adenine dinucleotide. Riboflavin is involved in energy metabolism, cellular respiration, and antibody production, as well as normal growth and development. |
| 体外活性 | 方法: 大鼠胰岛细胞用 Riboflavin (10 µM) 处理 3 天，通过 Trypan blue assay 检测细胞活力。 结果: Riboflavin 补充对 HEK293T17 细胞的存活率没有任何影响。[1] 方法: 虹鳟性腺细胞 RTG-2 用 Riboflavin (10 µM) 处理 24 h，通过 DTZ 染色检测胰岛数。 结果: Riboflavin 处理的胰岛有适度但统计学上显着较高的恢复率，回收率分别为 75.2±1.6% 和 69.3±2.0%。[2] |
