Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (RMP1-14) (1 μg；脑室内注射) 能够增强小鼠的学习和记忆能力 [1]。
Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (RMP1-14) (10 mg/kg；i.p.；每 3 天一次，共 3-4 次) 在 CT26.CL25 皮下肿瘤模型中表现出抗肿瘤作用，完全缓解率为 18%，但对 CT26.CL25 肝转移性肿瘤无明显抗肿瘤作用 [2]。
Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (RMP1-14) (50-200 μg/小鼠；皮内注射；单次给药) 在小鼠模型中能够引起急性瘙痒 [3]。
在神经性疼痛的保留神经损伤 (SNI) 模型中，鞘内给予 Anti-Mouse PD-1 Antibody (RMP1-14) 能够加重 SNI 诱导的疼痛，还显著增强炎症反应、NF-κB 通路活化及 NLRP3 炎症小体组装，并特异性促进小胶质细胞焦亡，对神经元焦亡无明显影响 [4]。
