C57BL/6 mouse microglia were stained with CD11b Rat mAb (APC) (Ab178881) and either Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310; Left panel) or Recombinant P2RY12 Antibody (Ab211679; Right panel) at 5.0 μg/mL. Two-color flow cytometric dot plots showing the correlated expression of CD11b versus P2RY12 (or Isotype control staining) were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable mononuclear cells.
