Dooku1

Dooku1 acts as a reversible antagonist of Yoda1, with IC50 values of 1.3 μM and 1.5 μM for Yoda1-induced Ca²⁺ entry in HEK 293 cells and HUVECs at a Yoda1 concentration of 2 μM, respectively. It interferes with Yoda1-induced Piezo1 channel activity and inhibits Yoda1-induced relaxation of the aorta. Dooku1 is applicable for research in vascular physiology and disease¹.

Dooku1 (10 μM, 300 s) exhibits selectivity for Piezo1 channels in HEK 293 and CHO cells¹.

Dooku1 (10 μM, 140 s) does not affect constitutive Piezo1 channel activity in Piezo1 T-REx cells¹.

Dooku1 (10 μM, 40-60 s) blocks endogenous Yoda1-activated channels in HUVECs and Piezo1 T-REx cells¹.

Dooku1 (10 μM incubate 20 min) selectively blocks Yoda1-induced relaxation of the aorta in wild-type male C57BL/6 mice¹.
