| 检测原理 | The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse TrkA/NTRK1. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Mouse TrkA/NTRK1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Mouse TrkA/NTRK1, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Mouse TrkA/NTRK1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve. |

快速老化模型小白鼠(Senescence Accelerated Mouse，SAM)由日本京都大学竹田俊男教授经20年近代延交培育而成，具备均一的遗传背景和稳定老化病态特征[1-3]。SAM品系中，P8和P10除具有P品系的一般老化症状外，伴快速老化自然出现学习记忆力障碍和低恐怖低紧张状态，为脑老化痴呆模型小白鼠；其共同点是均具有认知障碍，且在渡过生长期后(4-6月)，伴快速老化自然发生，与临床痴呆的渐进性发生极为相似。另外两者还各具特点，病理变化具有一定的差异。P8脑中主要出现明显的β
