The plasmid contains a strong CMV promoter that can initiate the transcription of the human CNOT10 gene, promoting the N-terminal fusion expression of the human CNOT10 gene with a 3×FLAG tag, which facilitates experiments such as protein immunoprecipitation and co-immunoprecipitation. Additionally, the plasmid carries HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, facilitating the stable integration of the gene into host cells.
