    pT7-6×His-NELL1-6×His This is a prokaryotic inducible low-copy expression plasmid. The plasmid contains a T7-lacO promoter system, which induces the expression of the T7 promoter-driven human NELL1 gene in the presence of IPTG or lactose and its analogs. The N-terminal and C-terminal of the NELL1 gene in the plasmid carry a 6×His tag, facilitating the detection and purification of the fusion protein.
