    pT7-6×His-ADAR1-6×His This is a prokaryotic induction-type low-copy expression plasmid. It has a T7-LacO promoter system, which, under the induction of IPTG or lactose and its analogs, allows T7 RNA polymerase to initiate the transcription and translation of the target gene ADAR1. It carries His, Thrombin, and T7 protein tags at the N-terminus, and a His tag at the C-terminus, which facilitate subsequent detection, purification, and localization studies of the expressed protein. Additionally, the plasmid carries a kanamycin resistance gene, aiding in the selection of positive clones.
