    pLV3-CMV-SRCAP-3×FLAG-CopGFP-Puro This plasmid is suitable for overexpression in mammalian cells. The CMV strong promoter carried by the plasmid can initiate the transcription of the human SRCAP gene, promoting the C-terminal fusion expression of the SRCAP gene with a 3×FLAG tag, facilitating the detection, localization, and purification of the expressed fusion protein using FLAG antibodies. Additionally, the plasmid contains HIV-1 Ψ and 3'/5' LTR elements for lentivirus packaging, facilitating the stable integration of the gene into host cells. The CopGFP green fluorescent protein carried by the plasmid is used to observe the expression and localization of the target gene. The plasmid carries a Puro resistance gene for the selection of host cells expressing the target gene.
