免疫原：大肠杆菌衍生的重组人CTGFL/WISP-2（PeproTech目录#120-16）
夹心ELISA：要通过夹心ELISA（使用100μl/孔抗体溶液）检测hCTGFL/WISP-2，需要浓度为0.25–1.0μg/ml的这种抗体。这种生物素化多克隆抗体与PeproTech的多克隆抗人CTGFL/WISP-2（500-P212）结合作为捕获抗体，允许检测至少0.2–0.4 ng/孔的重组hCTGFL/WISP-2。
