检测原理（双抗体夹心法）

1. 捕获抗体预包被于酶标板孔内。
2. 加入样本或标准品，Beclin-1 与捕获抗体形成抗原‑抗体复合物。
3. 加入生物素化检测抗体，随后加入链霉亲和素‑HRP，构建抗体‑抗原‑抗体‑酶复合物。
