Detection of Synapsin-1+ cellsClone REAL872 is an antibody fragment derived from the full Synapsin-1 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL872 recognizes the human and mouse neuron- specific phoshoprotein Synapsin-1. Synapsins are substrates for different protein kinases and involved in the regulation of neurotransmitter release. Synapsin-1 occurs in two isoforms (Synapsin Ia and Synapsin Ib) and belongs to the most specific markers of synapses throughout the central and peripheral nervous system. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). |
