Detection of ALDH1L1+ cellsClone REAL794 is an antibody fragment derived from the full ALDH1L1 antibody molecule. It displays no binding to Fc receptors. The recombinantly engineered antibody fragments are multimerized to form the REAdye_lease Complex to bind markers with high avidity. | Clone REAL794 recognizes ALDH1L1 (Aldehyde dehydrogenase family 1 member L1) that belongs to the aldehyde dehydrogenase family. It is expressed by astroglial cells implicating these cells as the major components of folate-dependent formate oxidation in the brain. Loss of function or expression of this gene is associated with decreased apoptosis, increased cell motility, and cancer progression. | For removal of REAdye_lease fluorochromes for optional relabeling with different fluorochrome-conjugated REAdye_lease antibodies use the REAlease Support Kit (130-120-675). |
