Identification and enumeration of CD262+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA1233 recognizes the murine CD262 antigen, a protein of the TNF-receptor superfamily, expressed on leukocytes, placenta cells, liver cells and some tumor cells and tumor cell lines (such as NIH-3T3). CD262 is also known as Death receptor 5 (DR5), TRAIL-R2, and TNFRSF10B. CD262 is a receptor for TRAIL, its binding induces apoptosis by activating the NF-κB pathway. | Additional information: Clone REA1233 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
