Identification and enumeration of TCR Vβ14+ cells by flow cytometryClone REA557 recognizes the human Vβ14 T cell receptor (TCR Vβ14). The TCR is responsible for recognizing antigens bound to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules. It is a disulfide-linked membrane-anchored heterodimeric glycoprotein normally consisting of the highly variable α and β chains. TCR Vβ14 is expressed on a subset of α/β T cells. | Additional information: Clone REA557 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors
