Recombinant antibody for the detection of Cytokeratin 10+ cellsClone REA933 recognizes the human Cytokeratin 10, which belongs to the type I (acidic) cytokeratin family. Cytokeratins, which are found in almost all epithelial cells, are polypeptides with keratin-containing intermediate filaments, which ensure form stability and cohesiveness. Cytokeratin 10 is located in all suprabasal cell layers including stratum corneum and is associated with keratin-1. | Additional Information: Clone REA933 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
