ADAM9 protein is highly expressed on the surface of Expi293 cell membrane. Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-ADAM9 on Expi293 cells transfected with human ADAM9 (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram), and Isotype antibody on Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Orange histogram).
Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of rabbit anti-human ADAM9 mAb (orb1173978). (A) orb1173978 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express ADAM9. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1173978 was seen compared to the control when incubated with ADAM9-expressing Hela cells, indicating strong binding of orb1173978 to ADAM9. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
