Immunofluorescence analysis of Hela cell. 1, Histone H3.3 Polyclonal Antibody (red) was diluted at 1:200 (4°C overnight). GAPDH Monoclonal Antibody (2B8) (green) was diluted at 1:200 (4°C overnight). 2, Goat Anti Rabbit Alexa Fluor 594 was diluted at 1:1000 (room temperature, 50min). Goat Anti Mouse Alexa Fluor 488 was diluted at 1:1000 (room temperature, 50min).
Western Blot analysis of Hela cells using Histone H3.3 Polyclonal Antibody diluted at 1:1000 cells nucleus extracted by Minute TM Cytoplasmic and Nuclear Fractionation kit.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Human brain. Antibody was diluted at 1:100 (4°C overnight). High-pressure and temperature Tris-EDTA, pH8.0 was used for antigen retrieval. Negetive control (right) obtaned from antibody was pre-absorbed by immunogen peptide.
