| 背景 | This gene encodes a member of the serine proteinase inhibitor (serpin) superfamily. This member is the principal inhibitor of tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) and urokinase (uPA), and hence is an inhibitor of fibrinolysis. The protein also functions as a component of innate antiviral immunity. Defects in this gene are the cause of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 deficiency (PAI-1 deficiency), and high concentrations of the gene product are associated with thrombophilia. MBA 学位。以下为朱老师本人撰写的 RabMAb® 兔单抗研发经历及心得，希望对您的工作及求学生涯有所帮助。上世纪八十年代末，我最先接触的是鼠单抗的制备与应用。九十年代在米兰大学及加州大学旧金山分校留学期间，我继续用鼠单抗作为主要的研究工具之一，从事动脉粥样硬化机制的研究及癌症发病机理、诊断与治疗的研究。 但由于鼠单抗在「亲和力」、「特异性」，以及应用于小鼠动物模型的缺陷，自上世纪九十年代中期，我与研究团队开始寻找更好的抗体研究工具，机缘巧合之下，兔子成了我们的目标，从而诞生了 RabMAb®
单抗主要是鼠单抗、兔单抗，多抗主要是兔多抗、山羊多抗等，其他种属来源抗体较少。不建议纠结于单抗好还是多抗好，能做出实验的抗体就是好抗体。 在选择上一般建议实验种属和抗体种属亲缘性越远越好，不宜同源。抗体不同种属会要影响接下来二抗的选配。特别是在免疫荧光双标实验中，需要在区别于实验种属的基础上，区分开两个指标的抗体种属来源，以便于二抗区别识别。 3. 关于性价比的选择 抗体的品质高低最终还是需要通过实验结果来呈现的，但是在选择抗体之前我们并无法准确判断抗体的效果
