| RNase A，不含DNase及蛋白酶，是一种核糖核酸内切酶，可特异性降解单链RNA的C及U残基部位。它可以剪切核苷酸5'-核糖与相邻的嘧啶核苷酸3'-核糖上所连磷酸基团间的磷酸二酯键，获得的2', 3'-环状磷酸盐可进一步水解为相应的3'-核苷磷酸。该酶的浓度为20mg/ml，活力约1500U/ml。 | ||||
