    超敏ECL化学发光液

    Western Blot结果的好坏与否与ECL发光液的选择有着密切关系,好的ECL发光液不仅可曝光得到漂亮的目的条带,还可节省昂贵的抗体。海基超敏ECL发光液用于Western、Northern和Southern blot分子杂交的化学发光检测,原理是采用新型发光底物(Luminol),其与辣根过氧化物酶反应时产生很强的发光信号,以此检测微量蛋白而获得理想的实验结果。比传统化学显色法灵敏度高,可达pg水平,发光持续时间长,信号30min内不会发生明显降低。

    应用

    在Western Blot印迹分析,核酸杂交以及EMSA实验中,HRP标记的二抗或探针与靶分子结合再与底物反应产生可见光。
