超敏ECL化学发光液
| Western Blot结果的好坏与否与ECL发光液的选择有着密切关系，好的ECL发光液不仅可曝光得到漂亮的目的条带，还可节省昂贵的抗体。海基超敏ECL发光液用于Western、Northern和Southern blot分子杂交的化学发光检测，原理是采用新型发光底物（Luminol），其与辣根过氧化物酶反应时产生很强的发光信号，以此检测微量蛋白而获得理想的实验结果。比传统化学显色法灵敏度高，可达pg水平，发光持续时间长，信号30min内不会发生明显降低。 | |||||||||||
