Description Polyclonal Antibody against Mouse Keratin 6 Intended Use **Research Use Only (RUO)**
This product is sold for laboratory research use only, not for human or in-vivo use.Form Affinity Purified Antibody (in PBS + 0.03% Thimerosal) Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Mouse Keratin 6 Polyclonal Antibody, Purified Mouse [Ab] 1 mg/mL Specificity This monospecific polyclonal antibody was raised against a peptide sequence derived from the C-terminus of the mouse keratin 6 protein. It was subsequently purified using peptide affinity chromatography. Uses This antibody is effective in immunoblotting, immunofluorescence (IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). This antibody has been successfully used in both frozen and paraffin embedded tissues. Suggested Working Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined for each specific assay condition. - Western blot: 1:1,000*

Notes *Predicted MW = 59.9 kDa Storage Store at -20°C. Upon initial thawing, apportion into working aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to prevent denaturing the antibody.
