Application
纤维素酶是可将纤维素水解成葡萄糖的酶。纤维素酶已被用于洗涤剂、制药、烘焙和酶生产行业中职业性哮喘的发展研究中。[1] 将纤维素酶添加至洗涤剂中可改善清洁性能。[1] 来自Sigma的纤维素酶已用于将纤维寡糖降解为葡萄糖，同时对生物可吸收细菌纤维素（BBC）的生物降解性进行了研究。[2]
Biochem/physiol Actions
纤维素酶由白蚁的肠鞭毛虫产生，其对于宿主白蚁的纤维素消化至关重要 [3]。纤维素酶具有不同的微生物来源，因此具有不同的蛋白质序列 [1]。
Preparation Note
在浓度为3mg/mL的0.15聚六亚甲基双胍（PHMB）存在下，溶于无菌去离子（DI）水中。
