General description
胞苷′5-二磷酸胆碱（CDP-胆碱）含有通过二磷酸桥连接的胞苷和胆碱。
Application
胞苷5′-二磷酸胆碱钠盐二水合物已被用作生理代谢物，用于通过液相色谱-质谱法（LC-MS / MS）鉴定肯尼迪途径（Kennedy pathway）中的吉西他滨二磷酸胆碱（GdPC）[1]。
Biochem/physiol Actions
胞苷′5-二磷酸胆碱（CDP-胆碱）在磷脂酰胆碱的合成中起重要作用。它还参与神经递质乙酰胆碱的生物合成。CDP-胆碱对缺氧、脑缺血和创伤性脑损伤有治疗作用。它还对学习和记忆障碍、药物成瘾、老年痴呆症′和帕金森′病有治疗作用。
