| 背景资料 | This serum is a pooled sample collected from healthy adult animals. The serum is heat-treated and centrifuged to remove precipitates and then filtered. Each serum is tested with the appropriate antibody to check for possible cross-reactivities. The sera are supplied undiluted with 0.08% sodium azide as a preservative. When diluted, this reagent can be used for blocking non-specific binding or as an antibody diluent. |
