| 背景资料 | 意义：线粒体复合体Ⅱ又称琥珀酸-辅酶 Q 还原酶，广泛存在于动物、植物、微生物和培养细胞的线粒体中，催化琥珀酸氧化生成延胡索酸，同时辅基 FAD 还原为 FADH2，后者进一步还原氧化型辅酶 Q 生成还原型辅酶 Q，是呼吸电子传递链的支路。原理：复合体Ⅱ的催化产物还原型辅酶 Q 可进一步还原 2,6-二氯吲哚酚，2,6-二氯吲哚酚在605nm 有特征吸收峰，通过检测 2,6-二氯吲哚酚的减少速率来计算该酶活性。 |
