Chromosome Conformation Capture (3C) (alternate technique)
Wash with 50ml cold PBS and centrifuge at 1300 rpm for 8 minutes at 4°C; lysis buffer and incubate on ice for 30 minutes with occasional mixing; Centrifuge at 1800 rpm for 5 minutes at 4°C and resuspend nuclei in trace of liquid;
