情况。PeproTech的大多数细胞因子或蛋白冻干粉的溶解液不是PBS，此时千万不能用PBS或培养液直接来溶解，具体原因在上面已经叙述过。而有部分细胞因子，如重组人KGF(产品编号：100-19)和重组人FGF-23(产品编号：100-52)等，说明书上的溶解液即为1x PBS，此时用PBS溶解完全没问题，那么用培养液溶解也是可以的，不过最好还是用先用PBS溶解，然后再用培养液稀释。 2) 一定要溶解到指定的浓度。 蛋白在一定的浓度范围内可以保持良好的稳定性，这个范围就是说明书上所标明的浓度
