0.01M 磷酸盐缓冲液（PBS）配制方法PBS缓冲液是大家做ELISA实验室必须用到的，其配置各有自己的方法，希望下面的方法对大家有些帮助！称取8g NaCl、0.2g KCl、1.44g Na2HPO4和0.24g KH2PO4,溶于800ml蒸馏水中，用HCl调节溶液的pH值至7.4，最后加蒸馏水定容至1L即可。在15lbf/in2(1034×105Pa)高压下蒸气灭菌（至少20分钟），保存存于室温或4℃冰箱中。需要注意的是，通常所说的浓度0.01M 指的是缓冲溶液中所有的磷酸根浓度
