Murine RNase Inhibitor为重组E.coli 表达的鼠源RNA酶抑制剂，可通过非竞争方式1:1结合RNase A，B，C，从而抑制三种酶的活性，保 护RNA不被降解。通过将该酶作为抗原免疫兔子，从而筛选出特异性结合Murine RNase Inhibitor 的单克隆抗体，用于Murine RNase Inhibitor 的检测。
