Separopore的材料特征：
①基质成分：交联 4% 或 6% 琼脂糖（agarose），形成刚性多孔珠状结构
②物理优势：高孔隙率 & 均一粒径（45-165 μm 可选）；耐压性强（可承受 >0.3 MPa 操作压力）；低非特异性吸附
③表面修饰：可定制化偶联 Protein A/G、镍离子、抗体、凝集素 等配体
