         在治疗毛细管透性增大的紫斑病中,因红辣椒( paprika)和柠檬汁的效果比用维生素 C好,故 A. von-Szent-Gy rgyi( 1936)根据“ permeabili- ty”(通透性)的词头“ P”,把这种有效成分定名为维生素 P。以后才知道,从柠檬中分离出的结晶是桔皮素( hesperitin)的配糖体( 7-芸香糖苷)——桔皮苷( hesperidin)和槲斗皮酮( quercetin)的配糖体( 3-芸香糖苷)——芸香苷的混合物,进一步还看到其黄酮类也有同样

    • 黄烷酮flavanone

      2, 3-二氢黄酮(α -苯基氧杂萘满),醇溶液呈黄色。黄烷酮在自然界尚未发现,但其羟基衍生物和甲氧基衍生物(特别是在 3, 5, 7, 3′ 4′位置上取代)总称为黄烷酮类(类黄酮中的一类),主要作为配糖体存在于植物界中。最著名的是在柑桔类(桔科)、柠檬、蜜桔、臭橙等外果皮的白色部分中有桔皮素( 5, 7, 3′ -三羟基 4′ -甲氧基黄烷酮)柚配基( 5, 7, 4′ -三羟黄烷酮)。柠檬素( 5, 7-二羟基 -2′ -甲氧基黄烷酮)等作为配糖体存在新鲜材料中,其含量可达 1%
