蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus (A/Thailand/8/2022 (H3N2)) nucleoprotein (translated amino acids of EPI2178976) (Ile30-Thr469) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
