蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus (A/California/04/2009 (H1N1)) Neuraminidase / NA (ACP41107.1) (Ile30-Lys469) was expressed with a vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein tetramerization domain at the C-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
