| In Vitro | (-)- 没食子酸没食子酸酯的量在不同阶段的叶子中没有差异,并且含量相对较低[1]。(-)- 没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯与活性儿茶素((-)- 表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯)对PC-9细胞诱导凋亡和抑制细胞生长具有协同作用。(-)- 没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯对α-葡萄糖苷酶和DPPH有抑制作用,IC50分别为30.2μM和12.2μg/ mL [2]。 |
| 细胞实验 | 通过测量细胞将MTT代谢成紫色甲dye染料的能力来检查细胞活力。将人肝癌HepG2细胞维持在补充有10%胎牛血清,100单位/ mL青霉素和50单位/ mL链霉素的DMEM培养基中,在37℃下在具有5%CO 2气氛的潮湿培养箱中。将细胞接种在96孔组织培养板中24小时,然后与不同浓度的测试化合物一起温育72小时。温育后,加入25μL在5mg / mL PBS中的MTT并孵育4小时。吸出培养基并用150μL二甲基亚砜(DMSO)代替以溶解甲salt盐。使用微孔板分光光度计在570nm下测量反映细胞生长条件的甲product溶液的颜色强度。 |
