背景信息
Pan T Cell MicroBeads 所识别的OX52表面抗原以谱系特异性方式表达于胸腺细胞和T细胞上。表达T细胞受体（TCR）α/β以及TCRγ/δ的T细胞均被识别。OX52抗原由约1%的骨髓细胞、99%的胸腺细胞、胸导管中的60%的白细胞、淋巴结中的60%的细胞以及脾脏中的30%的细胞表达。该抗原也弱表达于自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）上，由于其不表达CD3或CD5，可以与T细胞区分。
下游应用
用Pan T Cell MicroBeads分离出的T细胞可用于体外和体内研究T细胞在自身免疫病或异反应背景下的迁移和分化。它们还被用于自体移植实验，以研究自身免疫性疾病或异种胸腺移植后的耐受诱导。
