    背景说明是一种有效的肌动蛋白解聚剂,能结合肌动蛋白丝的倒刺端并盖住,以防止肌动蛋白伸长。
    生物活性Cytochalasin E 是一种强效肌动蛋白解聚剂,也是一种含有环氧化物的曲霉衍生真菌代谢物,还能抑制血管生成和肿瘤生长。[1-2]
    In VitroLower concentrations of cytochalasin E preferentially inhibited BCE cell proliferation without disrupting actin stress fibers.[1] Cytochalasin E prominently inhibited the growth of A549 cells in a dose-dependent manner,and especially cytochalasin E could induce the up-regulation of autophagy-related protein(LC3-II)and SQSTM1/p62.[2]
    细胞实验In vivo,cytochalasin E inhibited angiogenesis induced by basic fibroblast growth factor by 40% to 50% in the mouse cornea assay and inhibited the growth of Lewis lung tumors by approximately 72%.[1]
