| 生物活性 | Amantadine Hydrochloride 是一种口服高效抗病毒药，对甲型流感病毒具有活性。Amantadine Hydrochloride 可抑制多种离子通道，如 NMDA 和 M2，还可抑制冠状病毒离子通道。还具有抗逆转录病毒和抗癌活性。可用于帕金森病、术后认知功能障碍（POCD）和 COVID-19 研究。[1-4] |
| In Vitro | Amantadine is an antiviral drug with activity against influenza A viruses，but not influenza B viruses.[1] In Vero E6 cells infected with SARS-CoV-2，amantadine inhibited SARS-CoV-2 replication in two separate experiments with IC50 concentrations between 83 and 119 μM.[2] Amantadine markedly inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 and SMMC 7721 cells. The levels of the cell cycle related genes and proteins(cyclin D1，cyclin E and CDK2)were reduced by amantadine，and apoptosis was significantly induced. Amantadine treatment also reduced Bcl 2 and increased the Bax protein and mRNA levels.[4] |
